सामूहिक विवाह सम्मेलन संपन्न

अखातीज के शुभ अवषर पर आज ४१ जोड़े एक साथ परिणय सूत्र में बंध गए । आज केलारस जिला मुरेना (मध्य प्रदेश) में आदि गौड़ ब्राह्मण समाज द्वारा आयोजित सामूहिक विवाह सम्मेलन बहुत ही उत्साह पूर्वक सम्पन हुआ । यह सम्मलेन कई वर्षो से निरंतर हो रहा है जिसके लिए सभी गण मान्य लोगों का सहयोग प्रशंसनीय है ।

यह सम्मलेन, गरीब परिवारों के लिए एक वरदान है तथा समाज में आई हुई दहेज़ प्रथा को रोकने के लिए सार्थक और सराहनीय प्रयत्न है। अधिक जानकारी अभी उपलब्ध नहीं हो पाई है।

Conference in Delhi

Recently, a Conference of Representatives of Gaur Brahmin Samaj was held in Delhi on 29th March 2009. Brief of the discussion is as given:

1. All new programmes should be focused on providing opportunities for education and employment to young generation.

2. Need for uniting so as to draw attention of the Government towards the welfare of the samaj in particular people who are economicaly weak.

3. Create awareness and prepare young generation to shoulder the responsibilities of welfare of samaj.

An Initiative for a Noble Cause.

Gaur Brahmin Samaj is existing in pockets all over. This initiative is aimed at uniting people from the Samaj and bridge the gaps arizing due to difference in age, wealth, education, profession etc.. It can happen and will happen, when people become concerned and come forward by extending their whole hearted  support for this noble cause.
